MM Toowoomba is looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager to lead business growth, connect with clients, and explore new market opportunities.
MM Toowoomba is part of the MMEM Group of companies that includes Haymans Electrical, Go Electrical, Cetnaj and MM Electrical Merchandising. MMEM is the largest and most successful electrical wholesaler, with over 400 stores and 4,000 staff nationwide.
The biggest asset within our business is people. We are motivated by helping them to grow and succeed. You will report directly to the Manager and will be given the autonomy and the support to succeed.
Key Requirements of the Role
Account Management: Proactively identify, target, and connect with new customers to increase market share. Drive growth and maximise opportunities within our existing accounts.
Build Lasting Relationships: Build and maintain robust client relationships to ensure regular and ongoing purchases.
Achieve Sales Targets: Strategically drive sales to meet and surpass monthly objectives, promoting steady revenue growth.
Effective Collaboration: Work closely and build trusting relationships with the internal sales team, other BDMs, and suppliers to leverage growth opportunities.
Industry Expertise: Familiarity with the electrical industry is advantageous, along with the ability to rapidly acquire product and market knowledge
