MM Electrical Merchandising trading as AWM Electrical is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable/Administration Officer to join our dynamic and successful team at our regional office in Dingley Vic.
Previous experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided. This Role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, likes being busy and enjoys working in a friendly team environment.
The key Responsibilities of the role include:
Accounts receivable/payable
Process/allocations debtor payments
Reconciling customer accounts
Maintaining client account databases
Creation & administration of new & existing clients
Administration & review of credit limits
Providing general admin support including data entry & email management
Assistance processing accounts payable invoices
Processing credit card payments
General office duties
To be considered for the role your skillset would include but not essential:
Experience in administrative duties
Excellent knowledge of accounts receivable & payable
Great telephone manner and personal presentation
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Proficient in microsoft office, excel and word.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
High level of attention to details and highly organised.
