Account & Relationship Management (Sales)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Industrial Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, managing consignment stock and driving sales growth within the industrial sector.

The role requires a deep understanding of industrial products, solutions, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients to meet their needs. This autonomous role will be Brisbane based and will require some travel to Maryborough each month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation - Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the industrial market, including manufacturers, suppliers, and other relevant industries.
• Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, manage customer consignment stocks, ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Product Knowledge - Develop and maintain expertise in the company’s industrial products and solutions, advising clients on the best options for their needs.
• Sales Targets - Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets on a regular basis, contributing to the company’s growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of industrial products, equipment, and solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in technical or industrial product sales.
• Knowledge of specific industries such as manufacturing and construction.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of clients and opportunities.
